"I’ve been using btc.com for a while..."
I’ve been using btc.com for a while, the uptime has been frustrating for me lately. It feels like the site always decides to be unavailable right when I’m trying to check something important, which gets old really fast. Sometimes it comes back quickly, other times I’m just stuck waiting. I’m not expecting everything to be perfect 24/7, but for a platform like this, it’s been happening more often than I’m comfortable with.

"Pretty decent security, just a bit tucked away"
Overall, my account feels reasonably safe with the 2FA and login alerts, which I do appreciate. Nothing felt sketchy, but a few of the security settings weren’t super easy to find, so I ended up poking around and double-checking things on my own. It’s not bad at all, I just think BTC could make the security options a little more straightforward

"The fees weren’t really explained clearly"
I mean, overall it was okay, but the fees were just kind of frustrating. Like, I didn’t really feel like they were made clear upfront, and then suddenly there were extra charges, which was annoying.

"Payouts Were Too Hit or Miss for Me"
I kept running into delayed payouts, and when I reached out to support, I didn’t feel like I got much help. Compared to other services I’ve used, btc.com just felt a lot less dependable for me. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but I personally wouldn’t use it again

"The numbers are constantly off"
I keep checking the stats against my actual pool payouts, and they just don’t line up. It’s frustrating because I want to trust the app, but when the numbers are wrong this often, it makes the whole thing feel unreliable

"Decent pool, but profits are kinda average"
I’ve been mining with the btc.com pool for a bit now. The payouts show up fine, no real issue there. But the profit has been kind of so-so lately. Some days look okay, then fees and pool luck mess with it a bit, so it goes up and down. It’s not terrible or anything, just not something I’d call amazing either.

"Honestly Quick and Stress-Free"
I’ve been using btc.com for a few transactions, most of them went through fast, which was a huge relief. There was one time where it took a bit longer than I expected and I got a little anxious waiting, but overall it’s been smooth with not much hassle. I’m giving 4 stars because the speed has been really good for the most part.

"Literally easy to use overall"
Setup was really simple, and it’s been easy to use overall. I’ve only noticed small delays here and there, but nothing that literally caused any real issues

"Support replied faster than I expected"
Had a small issue with my BTC.com account and, support got back to me quick. I thought it might take way longer, but no, they replied sooner than expected. It did take one more message to actually get it sorted, which was a little... you know, not a big deal, but still. Overall they were helpful and got it fixed. 4 stars from me
